Resolved Question: Where can I find cheap and decent cable/internet in Toronto?

Hey, I'll be living in downtown Toronto soon, and I was wondering what service provider could provide me and my roommates with good internet and cable plans/rates. Any insight is appreciated. I'd like to pay $40 for the two combined, but I realize that might be a little unrealistic. Thanks for any good answer!
